Support is available both remote and onsite. We have a few plans for businesses and organizations. A low cost monitoring only plan and a more expensive fully-managed plan. Both plans require a full year commit. In addition to our business offerings, we also sell block hours, offer limited emergency support, and can provide consulting and expertise on business relocations, startups, consulting, etc.
