So Long Windows XP – April 8, 2014

Next year one week before income tax is due in the US, Microsoft ENDS support for Windows XP effectively putting older PC’s running XP in “use at your own risk” mode.

Tablets.

I don’t recommend tablets for office work.  However, I have enough Charleston clients asking me for tablet advice because they want a hybrid solution to allow them to get at least “some” office work done on their tablet PC.

My opinion is you can’t get allot of real office work done on a tablet without making […]

One of my customers is Dr. William and Judy Grossman of Charleston Cardiology on Rutledge St in downtown Charleston.  Judy owns an HP laptop and her laptop’s power supply recently broke and had to be replaced.

Having an extra laptop power supply is important.  I especially recommend them to my local Charleston computer customers.
